What is Mist Energy?
Mist Energy is a Special Energy that is used in the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG). It has only been released once – in the Temporal Forces Set of 2024, when one card was released.

The Mist Energy card provides one Colorless Energy. The card design features the Colorless Energy symbol.
In the Pokémon TCG, a player can only use an Attack Move if the specified number of Energy are attached. This specified number generally includes one or more Energy that corresponds to the Pokémon type, and / or a number of Colorless Energy. Mist Energy Cards provide one Colorless Energy and it can prevent damage to the Pokémon it is attached to.

The text on the card reads:
‘As long as this card is attached to a Pokémon, it provides 
Energy.
Prevent all effects of attacks used by your opponent’s Pokémon done to the Pokémon this card is attached to. (Existing effects are not removed. Damage is not an effect) ‘
