Vulpix Pokédex Information
Vulpix is a Fire type Pokémon that first appeared in the games Pokémon Red and Blue which released in Japan on 12th September 1999. It evolves to Ninetales.
Vulpix is a four-legged Pokémon that is based on a fox. It is covered with short dark brown fur on its body and limbs while it has a cream belly. It has two large brown eyes and a small black nose. A curly mop of reddish brown fur sprouts from the top of its head and it has nine thick curly tails. While young, it has six gorgeous tails. When it grows, several new tails are sprouted.
When it appears in the Alola region Vulpix takes on a different form. Alolan Vulpix is an Ice type and its eyes are now blue. Its mane and tail are comprised of long curly white fur. After long years in the ever-snowcapped mountains of Alola, this Vulpix has gained power over ice.
