What is Speed Lightning Energy?
Speed Lightning Energy is a Special Energy that is used in the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG). It has only been released once – in the Rebel Clash Set of 2020.

The Speed Lightning Energy card provides one Lightning Energy. If attached to an Electric-type Pokémon the player can draw two cards. The card design features the Lightning Energy symbol.
In the Pokémon TCG, a player can only use an Attack Move if the specified number of Energy are attached. This specified number generally includes one or more Energy that corresponds to the Pokémon type, and / or a number of Colorless Energy. Speed Lightning Energy Cards provide one Lightning Energy.

The text on the card reads:
‘As long as this card is attached to a Pokémon, it provides 
Energy.
When you attach this card from your hand to a Pokémon, draw 2 cards.’
