What are the Shrouded Fable Mini Tins?
The Pokémon Shrouded Fable Mini Tins collection is scheduled to be released on 2nd August 2024, the set release date for this special expansion set. There are five different tins and each will retail for £9.99 in the UK and $9.99 in the US.
There are 5 different tins to collect each depicting a different Pokémon – Zoroark, Munkidori, Okidogi, Fezandipiti and Dusknoir.
As can be seen in the image above, the background for the tins fit together to depict a single image.
The Manufacturer’s Recommended Selling Price is £9.99 in the UK and $9.99 in the US.
The sturdy metal mini tins are pocket-sized, measuring 7.6 x 12.4 x 2.5 cm (3 x 5 x 1 in).
What’s in the Shrouded Fable Mini Tins?
The contents of the tins has been released. Each tin will contain:
2 Pokemon TCG: Paldean Fates booster packs
1 sticker sheet
A card showing the art from the art on the front of the tin
Are the Shrouded Fable Mini Tins good value for money?
Each tin contains 2 Shrouded Fable Booster packs. As this is a special set, individual booster packs are not available to purchase individually. However they are likely to be available on selling sites such as Ebay for around £5 in the UK and $5 in the US. Sticker sheets are more aimed at younger Pokémon enthusiasts and their value is negligible. The empty tins and card insets are often sought after by collectors and generally fetch upwards of £1 / $1 at auction, more if there is a complete set.
Two Shrouded Fable Booster packs would therefore cost £10 / $10. Adding the expected value of the empty tin and card inset, the Shrouded Fable Mini Tins are a reasonable value for money.
