What are Shining Fates Mini Tins?
The Shining Fates Mini Tins collection was released on 5th March 2021, two weeks after the launch of the Shining Fates expansion set.
The Shining Fates expansion set was eagerly anticipated and products sold out as soon as they were available to purchase. The Manufacturer’s Recommended Selling Price is £9.99 but that price is almost impossible to find. Today, 10th March 2021, the tins are selling for between £12 and £20 per tin.
The sturdy metal mini tins are pocket-sized, measuring 7.6 x 12.4 x 2.5 cm. There are 5 different artwork designs featuring Reshiram & Cinderace, Kyogre & Snom, Celebi & Rillaboom, Manaphy & Inteleon and Zarude & Eldegoss.
What’s in a Shining Fates Mini Tin?
The tins are individually wrapped and care is needed to remove the plastic covering without scratching the artwork.
Inside the tins there is a card of the featured character with an image on one side and character information on the reverse. There is also a coin and two Shining Fates booster packs.
