Seel is a Water type Pokémon that first appeared in the games Pokémon Red and Blue which released in Japan on 12th September 1999. It evolves to Dewgong.
Seel is a large, white furry Pokémon that is based on a Seal or Sea Lion. It has a long body that ends with a tail that is split into two, each with three fronds, and two flippers at the front. It has a rounded head with a spike on the top. It has two black eyes and a small black nose. Its upper mouth is surrounded by yellow fur with two tusks. It loves freezing-cold conditions and relishes swimming in a frigid climate of around 14 degrees Fahrenheit.
