Scream Tail is a two-legged Paradox Pokémon that is an ancient relative of Jigglypuff and may be based on a balloon or a cat. It has a round pink head / body with two big yellow eyes and cat-like ears. It has two pink feet and two short arms. A long plume of pink fur extends back from the top of its head and hangs down its back to the ground.
