Rhydon Pokédex Information
Rhydon is a Ground / Rock type Pokémon that first appeared in the games Pokémon Red and Blue which released in Japan on 12th September 1999. It evolves from Rhyhorn and evolves to Rhyperior.
Rhydon is a two-legged Pokémon that is likely based on a rhinoceros but has features of a dinosaur. It is predominantly grey with a cream segmented belly and a cream coloured conical horn that protrudes from the front of its head. It has another horn shaped protrusion on the top of its head and a row of triangular plates run down its back. Its long, thick tail is also segmented. It begins walking on its hind legs after evolution. It can punch holes through boulders with its horn.
