What is Recover Energy Energy?
Recover Energy is a Special Energy that was used in the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG). It has only been released once – in the DP Majestic Dawn set of 2008.

The Recover Energy card provides one Colorless Energy. When attached to a Pokémon, the player can remove all Special Conditions from that Pokémon. The card design features the Colorless Energy symbol.
In the Pokémon TCG, a player can only use an Attack Move if the specified number of Energy are attached. This specified number generally includes one or more Energy that corresponds to the Pokémon type, and / or a number of Colorless Energy. Recover Energy Cards provide one Colorless Energy.
Recover Energy Card Text:
The text on the card reads: ‘React Energy provides 
Energy. When you attach this card from your hand to 1 of your Pokémon, remove all Special Conditions from that Pokémon.’
