Rattata Pokédex Information
Rattata is a Normal type Pokémon that first appeared in the games Pokémon Red and Blue which released internationally on 28th September 1998. It evolves to Raticate.
This Pokémon is a small four-legged rodent that is based on a rat. It has purple fur with cream markings, large brown eyes and two sharp front teeth. It will chew on anything with its fangs. If you see one, you can be certain that 40 more live in the area.
When found in the Alola region it takes on a different form. In Alolan form it is a Dark / Normal type. Its fur is black with light brown markings. Its whiskers provide it with a keen sense of smell, enabling it to pick up the scent of hidden food and locate it instantly.
