Pupitar Pokédex Information
Pupitar is a Rock / Ground type Pokémon that first appeared in the games Pokémon Gold and Silver which first released in Japan in November 1999. It evolves from Larvitar and evolves to Tyranitar.
Pupitar is a large, blue character that is based on a pupa. Its lower body resembles a shell while its upper body is dominated by its head which is covered with a mask-like structure through which its two large eyes peer out. This pupa flies around wildly by venting with great force the gas pressurized inside its body.
