What are the Azure Legends Tins?
The Azure Legends tins are a set of three Pokémon collection tins that are scheduled to release on 21st February 2025. The tins are the fifth set of collection tins to be released in the Scarlet and Violet series, Paldea Legends, released on 9th June 2023, Paldea Partners on 1st September, Paldean Fates on 9th February 2024 and Paradox Destinies on 6th September 2024.
The three tins feature Dialga ex, Kyogre ex and Xerneas ex. The artwork for the right side of each tin depicts the featured Pokémon against a black background with grey lines. The left side of each tin is a different colour – Dialga is pink with white lightning-type lines, Kyogre is shades of blue with red swirling lines, while Xerneas is green with yellow and white lines.
The European tins have a vertical rather than horizontal design and contain less booster packs.
The Azure Legends tins are expected to retail for £21.99 in the UK and $26.99 in the US.
What is inside the Azure Legends Tins?
The contents of the tins are similar to previous collection tins:
Each tin will contain a Scarlet and Violet Promo card – SVP178 Kyogre ex, SVP179 Xerneas ex, SVP180 Dialga ex.

Are the Azure Legends Tins good value for money?
Each tin contains 5 or 4 (Europe) Pokémon Booster packs, a Black Star Promo Card and a code card for the online game.
Individual booster packs are generally available for purchase on selling sites for around £4.50 / $4.50. The Promo Cards are half-art ex cards that may fetch around £4 / $4 on auction sites.
Four booster packs would cost £18 while five booster packs would therefore cost $22.50, while the Promo card could cost around £4 / $4.
This assessment of the value of the tins indicates that, with a value of around £22 /$26.50 the Azure Legends are value for money.
