What is Miracle Energy?
Miracle Energy is a Special Energy that was used in the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG). It has only been released once – in the Neo Destiny set of 2002.

The Miracle Energy card provides two of any Energy but can only be attached to Shiny or Light Pokémon. The card design features two Rainbow Symbols to show that it can provide any type of Energy.
In the Pokémon TCG, a player can only use an Attack Move if the specified number of Energy are attached. This specified number generally includes one or more Energy that corresponds to the Pokémon type, and / or a number of Colorless Energy. Miracle Energy Cards provide two of any type of Energy.
Miracle Energy Card Text:
The text on the card reads ‘You can’t have more than 1 Miracle Energy in your deck.
Attach Miracle Energy to 1 of your Shining or Light Pokémon. At the end of your turn, discard Miracle Energy.
