Machamp Pokédex Information
Machamp is a Fighting type Pokémon that first appeared in the games Pokémon Red and Blue which released in Japan on 12th September 1999. It evolves from Machoke and is the final evolution of Machop.
Machamp is a two-legged Pokémon that appears to be based on a fighter and a lizard. It is completely grey in colour apart from a black area on its lower body that resemble tight trunks. Around its waist is a black belt studded with gold and a gold buckle at the front. It has a very muscular body and limbs, while its head resembles that of a lizard with a crest on top and a wide mouth. Its most striking feature is its four arms each with human-like hands that have a thumb and four fingers. It punches with its four arms at blinding speed. It can launch 1,000 punches in two seconds.
Machamp can evolve to Gigantamax form with the Dynamax Band. In this form it is much bigger and heavier and its skin is darker. The Gigantamax energy can be seen as orange rivulets coursing through its arms and into its hands and it makes its punches hit as hard as bomb blasts.
