Is the Iono’s Bellibolt ex Premium Collection good value for money?
The box contains one full art Iono’s Bellibolt ex Black Star Promo card, a foil Tadbulb card, a sheet of acrylic standees, a backdrop display, a photo sticker, and 6 Booster packs.
Booster packs generally retail on selling sites such as Ebay, for around £4 in the UK and $4 in the US. The Iono’s Bellibolt ex ex Promo card is a full art shiny card and likely to be worth around £6 / $6 while the other card is likely to be worth £2 / $2. The acrylic standees and backdrop should fetch at least £5 / $5 and the photo sticker a minimal amount.
The six Booster packs would therefore cost £24 ($24) adding the expected value of the other card takes the total to around £26 or $26 and if the standees and backdrop are worth £6 / $6 this would make the set worth around £32 / $32 which is quite a bit less than the recommended retail price of £39.99 / $39.99.
We may have underestimated the value of the acrylic standees, but we were not particularly excited by it and have based that valuation accordingly.
