Gloom Pokédex Information
Gloom is a Grass / Poison type Pokémon that first appeared in the games Pokémon Red and Blue which released in Japan on 12th September 1999. It evolves from Oddish and evolves to Vileplume or Bellossom.
Gloom is a two-legged plant Pokémon that is believed to be based on the Rafflesia Arnoldiik which produces huge red spotted flowers. It has a blue head, body and limbs with small eyes and drooling mouth. On its head is a large flower with an orange centre surrounded by four spheres and long curled petals. Its pistils exude an incredibly foul odor. The horrid stench can cause fainting at a distance of 1.25 miles.
