Gligar Pokédex Information
Gligar is a Steel / Ground type Pokémon that first appeared in the games Pokémon Gold and Silver which were released in Japan in November 1999. It evolves to Gliscor.
It is a two-legged character that is based on a scorpion and a bat. It has a pink body, limbs and head. Each foot has a single sharp claw while each arm has a pincer. It has two pointed ears, a large orange tongue and white fangs either side of its mouth. Its wings are blue and webbed and have pink claws. Gligar glides through the air without a sound as if it were sliding. This Pokémon hangs on to the face of its foe using its clawed hind legs and the large pincers on its forelegs, then injects the prey with its poison barb.
