Electrode Pokédex Information
Electrode is an Electric type Pokémon that first appeared in the games Pokémon Red and Blue which released in Japan on 12th September 1999. It evolves from Voltorb
Electrode is a spherical Pokémon, whose gender is unknown, that resembles a Poké Ball. Its upper hemisphere is white and its two small eyes are visible at the front. The lower hemisphere is pink where its wide grinning mouth reveals a mass of white teeth. The more energy it charges up, the faster it gets. But this also makes it more likely to explode.
Electrode takes on a different form when it appears in Hisui. In Hisuian form it is an Electric / Grass type Pokémon. Its upper hemisphere is light orange and its eyes are more defined, displaying as a black hole within an etched out crescent shape. Its lower hemisphere is dark orange and its mouth is downturned in a grimace. The tissue on the surface of its body is curiously similar in composition to an Apricorn. When irritated, this Pokémon lets loose an electric current equal to 20 lightning bolts.
