What is Call Energy Energy?
Call Energy is a Special Energy that was used in the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG). It has only been released once – in the DP Majestic Dawn set of 2008.

The Call Energy card provides one Colorless Energy. When attached to an Active Pokémon, the player can put two Basic Pokémon onto the bench once during a turn. The card design features the Colorless Energy symbol.
In the Pokémon TCG, a player can only use an Attack Move if the specified number of Energy are attached. This specified number generally includes one or more Energy that corresponds to the Pokémon type, and / or a number of Colorless Energy. Call Energy Cards provide one Colorless Energy.
Call Energy Card Text:
The text on the card reads: ‘Call Energy provides 
Energy. Once during your turn, if the Pokémon Call Energy is attached to is your Active Pokémon, you may search your deck for up to 2 Basic Pokémon and put them onto your Bench. If you do, shuffle your deck and your turn ends.’
