Blacephalon is a Fire / Ghost type Pokémon that first appeared in the games Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon which released in November 2017. It is one of the eleven Ultra Beasts introduced in Generation VII. It does not evolve.

Blacephalon is a two-legged humanoid Pokémon that is thought to be based on a clown. Its thin body is striped pink, blue and yellow with a white pom-pom on the front and back. It has two thin arms, one pink and one blue with white hands that resemble a paintbrush with a frill at the base. Its legs are also white and end in feet that curl at the end and resemble high-heeled boots. On one knee is a pink pom-pom while the other has a blue one. Its head is a large white sphere covered in pink and blue dots while its yellow eyes are surrounded by a blue and pink star. A white frill at the base of its head gives the appearance that its head is a hat. It slithers toward people. Then, without warning, it triggers the explosion of its own head. It’s apparently one kind of Ultra Beast.
